High quality shipping and roasted beans! This has the acidity of a great tasting light roast rather than a medium with notes if chocolate cream and orange zest.

I really enjoyed the previous month's offering with the orange cream, honeycrisp apple and brown sugar notes, so I knew that I had to try this one out. David was extremely helpful in providing the roast date, as well as optimal waiting period off-rest (10 days off roast if anyone else is curious).

My new favorite coffee! The taste of apricot jam is quite noticeable with low notes of acidity.
