The Honeycrisp apple note comes in strong, which is what I was primarily hoping for. No bitterness whatsoever. Very satisfied.

This is one of my favorite roast, it’s great as a straight shot or with milk. It’s great with oat milk as well. I also serve this at my espresso cart at the Historic Manassas Farmers Market in VA and it’s a crowd favorite.

Strong enough that i didn’t notice it was a light roast. I’m an espresso drinker and was pleasantly surprised with just 6oz of this. Loved the fruit undertones. Definitely would recommend and buy again.

The flavor is insane, to say the least. It's rare to find coffee companies who put so much artistry into their packaging AND deliver a killer product in one. This is my go-to bag, and I basically refuse to drink any other brands at this point. Highly recommend!
