Pillimue Family | Perla de Inzá | Certified Organic

Nestled in the heart of the Colombian Massif, Inzá sits among towering volcanoes and is the birthplace of many of the country’s great rivers. This high-altitude, temperate setting yields excellent conditions for specialty coffee, and local producers—many of whom have long avoided chemical inputs—honor age-old farming traditions.

The Pillimue Family has been instrumental in guiding the community toward certified organic practices, helping over 80 producers adopt innovative methods such as reusing farm waste to create inexpensive, effective bio-fertilizers.
This coffee is certified Organic.

Great coffee with superb customer service

I really enjoyed the previous month's offering with the orange cream, honeycrisp apple and brown sugar notes, so I knew that I had to try this one out. David was extremely helpful in providing the roast date, as well as optimal waiting period off-rest (10 days off roast if anyone else is curious).

Thanks Superlost - 2/2 on the Solo Sabados!

My new favorite coffee! The taste of apricot jam is quite noticeable with low notes of acidity.

Very well balanced! Tastes almost like a light roast.
