This was my first mango co-ferment. The mango flavor came forward first, then some nice cardamom and a hint of jasmine. It was pretty complex so other flavors noted as well. I used to roast coffee and got my Q grade certification in 2021 so I've had challenges finding the right roaster for my taste. Your team does a great job! I especially love your natural processed coffees. I'm usually more of a purist but this mango co-ferment was really fun to try and delicious!

The video ad by Wabi definitely sold me cause the bottle looked so cool.
It’s good cold brew concentrate though, worth the purchase.

I wish you could buy just the powder though, because the bottle is cool but it’s definitely reusable. It feels wasteful you have to buy a new plastic bottle each time.

I found this brand at work and have been using it for a few months now. Supernova is a daily staple for me now and I love supporting a local brand

I wanted a great, Ethiopian, natural process daily driver andddd this is it. My friends also are fans!

Literally my fav cold brew beans. I usually do 20g per serving and it works out perfect.

Ethiopian coffees are my favorite of the Supernatural rotation - great fruit flavors

It was a great joy to find the Ethiopian coffee Supernatural at Superlost. I’d had this coffee last year, but the other on line coffee dealer I’d bought it from did not yet have this coffee available unless one had a subscription. When I searched on line I found that it was available at Superlost, to anyone, so quickly bought 2 lbs.
I’m grateful to have found it. While I typically drink dark roasts, I totally appreciate this medium roast, with unparalleled flavor. I’m already thinking of ordering more as I believe it is only seasonally available. Thanks Superlost!!

This is a fun and enjoyable COTM. I’m always a fan, but this particular version has wonderful flavors and aromas that stand out. Sweet, bright and tasty.
