I truly enjoy every COTM I've purchased from Superlost (I think 4). Just opened this one for first brew, and had a pleasant upfront sweetness to it with lingering subtle anaerobic complexity. Definitely one of the more underappreciated roasters out there. Keep up the good work!

I picked up one bottle of the freeze-dried coffee concentrate to try, and now I have a subscription. It's great to make an iced mocha or latte on the fly, or you can just add a shot to a regular cup of coffee for a little boost. The taste is impressive for a concentrate, the packaging works great to meter out an ounce, and it keep well in the refrigerator. Would be great for camping, or to batch out drinks or cocktails on the flu. I recommend!

Smooth and easy to dial in. Perfect espresso for my mornings.

Supernova Espresso

Compared to many other dark roast coffees which taste burnt, this dark roast does not. Dark chocolate and a subtle sweetness make this one head and shoulders better than most of what’s out there.

This coffee makes me salivate. I'm glad the banana notes were subtle (not a fan of banana, personally) but makes for a very interesting cup. I've had quite a few COTM and this one is fantastic and complex. Definitely a must try.

Coffee is great, roasted a little darker thanI typically purchase but th bag says Ture Medium so that makes sense. Very enjoyable and pulls a great/consistent shot. Really like the added steps on the bag for espresso.

Tried a 12 oz. bag to see what all the fuss was about. I absolutely loved it! Full bodied, smooth, and doesn't get lost in milk drinks. I just purchased a 5 lb. bag so I can make sure the freezer is full with Supernova for the foreseeable future.

The blackberry really comes through.

By far my favorite natural Ethiopian—I keep coming back to it as no other roaster gets it done quite like Superlost. Great value, exceptional coffee.
